To secure an appointment we do require a non-refundable $100 deposit which can be used towards your treatment on the day or kept on file for future bookings. We kindly ask that you advise us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to change your appointment. Any changes within 48hrs of your appointment will mean your deposit is forfeit and you will need to pay another deposit to re-book.
Please note that a $3 Green Fee will be added to treatments which goes towards the sustainability of the clinic.
